Kids

The Indian children seem really glad. They are spontaneous and happy, like kids usually are in most of countries, but not sometimes in European countries, where children are like little adults, worried about doing homework or having the electronic game in fashion. In India, in the countryside specially, the kids still play in the streets and they are happy playing with anything they have such as sticks, stones, a wheel or a kite. Anything is a good way to have fun with and they can spend many hours playing.

They feel curiosity about any new thing they find. When they meet a foreigner, for example, they follow him, greeting him and trying him to ask some questions. Even though some of them don’t speak English, almost all know three English words perfectly: money, chocolates and pen. They’re really useful for them because sometimes they get some of those things, but it’s not a good habit because they get used to have things just asking for them. Anyway, the spontaneity and inventiveness of kids go beyond you can imagine. Yesterday, for example, I was walking while I was followed by a little group of children. Suddenly, a young girl approached me and asked me: are you really Harry Potter?
