Handmade works (II)

In India, like in many other countries, a work team consists of two people working and some people looking at them. But there is a big difference between the works here and some other countries: the handmade work. Can you imagine excavating the hole to lay the foundations of a highway with a shovel and a pickaxe? So here is something real. They also use machines and power shovel, of course, but a part of the works is surprisingly handmade.
