Civil works

One of the favourite pastimes in India is to watch and comment the public works. Even some people take out chairs to the street just to enjoy the spectacle more comfortably and with the best view. So everyone can become civil engineer for some minutes, hours or days. The price is not too high: just to come back home covered of dust.
